Can Intel i5 7200U Run Windows 11?

MY laptop meets all the requirements for a Windows 11 download. SO why is Microsoft blocking me from a Windows 11 download because of my processor (i5-7200U) even though it is listed on the ‘Supported Processor’ list?!
