There is no much difference between AMD Ryzen 3 3200G with Radeon Vega 8 Graphics which is on the compatibility list and AMD Ryzen 3 2200G with Radeon Vega 8 Graphics which is not compaitble with Windows 11.

However, after Microsoft test the lots of devices before the release of Windows 11, they determined that Ryzen 3 2200G can’t run Windows 11. Microsoft said the new Windows 11 is aimed to improve the experience and performance.
