1 Click on the Start icon, search for services and choose Services from the search results.

2 Locate the Print Spooler, right-click on it and select Stop.

3 Right-click on Start button, click on file explorer, next type C:\Windows\System32\Spool\PRINTERS in the address bar and press enter. 

4 Click on Continue button if you get a prompt that says you don’t have permission to access this folder.

5 After opening the folder, select all files under this folder and then delete them all.

6 Then, go back to Print Spooler and right-click on it, hit on Start.
