Step 1 Press Windows + R keys to launch CMD, type powercfg.cpl and then press enter.
Select High Performance and click on Change plan settings next to High Performance. Next, hit on Change advanced settings, then extend Intel(R) Graphics Settings> Intel(R) Graphics Power Plan>Maximum Performance for On battery and Maximum Performance for Plugged in>Apply.

Extend PCI Express>Link State Power Management>Turn off On battery & Turn off Plugged in>OK.

Step 2 Press Windows + R keys to launch CMD, type msconfig and press enter.
Click on Boot tab, choose 4 of the Number of Processors, then click on OK>Apply>Restart.

Step 4 Search for Performance Monitor
Extend Data Collector Sets, click on User Defined, right click on the blank place at the right side, choose New>Data Collector Set. Type CPU boost under the Name, choose Create Manually (Advance) >Next> check Performance counter under create data logs>Next>Add.

On the appeared window, extend Processor, and choose 3 under Instances of selected object and hit on Add button.

Extend Process>Thread Count>Add. Then go back to create new data collector set window and click on finish button.

Step 4 Download a CPU optimization folder, open all files and click on Yes or OK.

Then you are required to install CPU setup, accept to Install. Then, you will see an image below, choose high performance under system power plan and plugged in (AC) under system power state. Set Core parking index, Turbo boost index, and frequency scaling index as 100% and then click on apply button.

Step 5 Turn on storage sence
