Wireless devices make our work and life easier, such as wirelessly transmitting audio and video. But sometimes the wireless connection also encounters some problems. Complete the following five checks first.
1 Ensure compatibility
Check compatibility between PC and monitor. If using Windows, check Miracast compatibility. If you are using an Apple device, we recommend that you check Airplay compatibility.
2 Make sure wifi is turned on
Make sure both the monitor and PC are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Both devices need to be on the same network to project the stream to your monitor.
3 Make sure wireless display is enabled
Check if wireless reception is turned on in display settings.
4 Make sure to update
Check to make sure your PC is updated, such as a driver or software update for wireless projection:

- graphics processor
- Other software and system equipment
5 Restart the device
Restart your PC, monitor, and related Wi-Fi routers in preparation for wireless projection.

Remove and reconnect the device
Follow the steps below to remove the saved device and then reconnect to your PC.
1 Press Windows + i to open Settings. Click Bluetooth & Devices to access a list of all connected devices on your PC.
2 Click Devices.
3 Find your wireless display and click the three-dot icon next to it.
4 Delete the device.
5 Click Yes.
6 After removing the wireless display. Restart your PC, open Settings again and click Display, expand Multiple Displays.
7 Now click Connect next to Connect to Wireless Display.
8 In the list, find and click to select your monitor.
After completing the above steps, you can wirelessly connect your PC to the selected monitor.
Reinstall the network adapter driver
If the above method doesn’t work, try reinstalling the network adapter driver.
1 Remove the driver
1.1 Press Windows + X and click Device Manager.
1.2 Double-click Network Adapters.
1.3 Now right click on Network Adapters in the list. Select Uninstall device.
1.4 Check the “Attempt to remove the driver for this device” checkbox.
1.5 Click Uninstall when finished.
1.6 The network adapter and its drivers will now be removed from your PC.
2 Reinstall the driver
We can use the generic drivers Microsoft found for network adapters.
2.1 Press Windows + X keyboard and click Device Manager.
2.2 Now click the Scan for hardware changes icon at the top.
2.3 Once Windows scans and detects the network adapter, it will automatically install the appropriate driver on your system.
Once done, check again if the wireless monitor connection issue is resolved.
