1 Launch the Settings app from the Start Menu or press Windows + I keys.

2 Click on the System on the left sidebar.

3 Next, click on the Display on the right side of the window.

4 Click the Advanced display and locate Choose a refresh rate.

5 Click on Keep changes button to save your change.

1 Right-click the desktop and then select Display Settings.

2 Click the Advanced Display Settings link to continue.

3 Click the Display Adapter Properties link on the display you want to change.

4 Click Monitor tab in next window, and then select your refresh rate under Screen Refresh Rate.

5 Click OK.

1 Right-click desktop and choose Screen Resolution.

2 Select the display you want to configure and click on Advanced Settings link.

3 Click Monitor tab in next window, and then select your refresh rate under Screen Refresh Rate.

4 Click OK.
