Step 2 Download Windows 10 ISO file from Microsoft. Right-click on it to choose Mount option from the context menu.

Step 3 Open the sources folder of Windows 10 ISO file and copy the appraiserres.dll file.

Step 4 Go to bootable Windows 11 ISO USB drive and open the sources folder. Then, press CTRL + V keys to paste the appraiserres.dll file from Windows 10 ISO file to Windows 11 ISO file.

Setp 5 Replace appraiserres.dll file existed in the Windows 11 ISO source folder.

Step 6 Restart the computer and install Windows 11.
