Enabling fTPM Causes Stutter on Windows 11 PC with AMD Ryzen CPU

According to the post on Reddit, almost 200 users are discussing this problem that the Windows 11 requirement with fTPM caused the PC to stutter about 2-3 times a day for around 1-2 seconds.

This problem has been reported once again since Windows 11 release with AMD devices. The generally reported problems include frequent stuttering and audio glitches. The Intel and AMD CPUs with TPM enabled might result in this problem, which is caused by the TPM 2.0 module. And TPM 2.0 is one of Windows 11’s key hardware requirements.

Some users also tried to disable fTPM, which turned out not fixing the problem. And Microsoft has not announced any solution for it.
