When you try to install windows 11, it requires enabling secure boot and TPM 2.0. However, it is difficult for legacy BIOS mode for there is no secure boot and TPM 2.0. Bypass Secure Boot and TPM 2.0 for windows 11 by Modifying Windows 11 iso
First of all, we need some preparations.
- Windows 10 iso (the latest one)
- Windows 11 iso
- Rufus for creating bootable usb
- One usb with minimum 8 gigabytes
2 Download rufus latest version, and run Rufus by doubling click the downloaded file.
3 Plug the USB and open rufus, drag windows 10 iso file, verify settings, click on start and then click on OK.
4 After a while, USB has been created successfully, close rufus.
5 Now browse to USB sources and delete a file named install.viw.
6 After deleting the file, open windows 11 iso and browse to sources folder and copy install.vim and paste it to USB just created. Then refresh the folder and now you are done.
And then boot your computer with the bootable Windows 10 USB drive. Next, you’ll be asked to select and install a Windows 11 version. In this way, it can help you bypass check without Secure Boot.
Method 2 Bypass Secure Boot and TPM 2.0 for Windows 11 by Registry Hack
1 Hold shift + f10 to open command prompt.
2 Type regedit and press enter.
3 Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMSetup.
4 Right click on setup, select new and then key, name the new key as LabConfig.
5 Create a new DWORD value under the LabConfig key by right-clicking on the empty space and selecting DWORD (32-bit) Value option under New.
6 Name the new value as BypassTPMCheck and repeate step 5 to create another new value named BypassSecureBootCheck.
7 Next, double-click on the BypassTPMCheck key and set the value as 1 in the Value data and hit on the OK button.
8 Double-click on the BypassSecureBootCheck key and set the value as 1 in the Value data and hit on the OK button.
9 Close the Secure Boot and TPM 2.0 error prompt and continue to install windows 11.
Now you can install Windows 11 even without TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot.
